At BRESGLASN, we are committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable shipping for all our customers. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, costs, tracking options, and customer responsibilities.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We offer domestic and international shipping to ensure our products reach customers worldwide.
✔ Domestic Shipping (United States) – We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
✔ International Shipping – We ship to most countries worldwide, but some locations may have shipping restrictions due to local laws.
✔ P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses – Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We partner with trusted global couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
2.1 Domestic Orders (United States)
✔ Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
✔ Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional charges apply)
2.2 International Orders
✔ Standard International Shipping: 5-14 business days (varies by country)
✔ Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days (subject to customs clearance)
All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking details.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
✔ Free Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders over $100.
✔ For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee applies, calculated at checkout.
✔ Expedited and international shipping rates vary based on location, package weight, and delivery method.
Customers can view the exact shipping costs before completing their purchase.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTIES
✔ International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees charged by their country.
✔ Customs policies vary by country, and these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
✔ If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the package may be returned, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific duty and import fee details before placing an order.
5. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We ensure that all shipments are fully insured for their total value to protect against loss or damage.
✔ Lost Packages – If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@bresglasn.com. We will initiate a claim with the carrier.
✔ Damaged Packages – If your package arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
✔ Stolen Packages – If your package is marked as delivered but was not received, BRESGLASN is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders.
All claims for lost, damaged, or missing packages must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date.
6. ORDER TRACKING
✔ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
✔ Customers can track their shipment directly on the courier’s website (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS).
✔ If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact info@bresglasn.com.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES
✔ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
✔ Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations and address changes are not possible.
✔ If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, they must contact us immediately at info@bresglasn.com. BRESGLASN is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses.
8. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
✔ For security reasons, orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
✔ If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a nearby facility for pickup.
✔ Customers are responsible for coordinating with the carrier for delivery adjustments if needed.
9. DELAYED OR FAILED DELIVERIES
✔ Weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs clearance issues may affect estimated delivery times.
✔ If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
✔ BRESGLASN does not provide refunds for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control.
