2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 within the United States.
  • For expedited or overnight shipping, additional fees will apply, and these will be visible at checkout.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, except on holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@bresglasn.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist in arranging a return or replacement, depending on the situation.
